In a meeting with thousands of pilgrims at Imam Ridha's (a.s.) shrine in the holy city of Mashhad, Ayatollah Khamenei the Leader of the Islamic Revolution said that it is necessary to evaluate the weaknesses and strengths that existed in the year 1391 and to make plans on the basis of this large-scale evaluation. He added: "Just as people need constant evaluation in the case of personal matters, so national evaluation is also important when it comes to national issues of the country. This is because such evaluation can teach us lessons and help us make better decisions in the future."
