The following is the full text of the speech delivered on November 14, 2017 by Ayatollah Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, in a meeting with the heads of the three branches of government. The meeting was held to coordinate responses to the earthquake that occurred in Kermanshah province on November 12.

We offer our heartiest gratitude to the government of Iraq who prepared the facilities for this magnificent movement, the beloved Iraqi nation who hosted and welcomed the pilgrims of Aba Abdillah Al-Hussain (as) with such sincerity and willingness, the Iraqi youth, the Hashd al-Sha'bi (People's Forces), and the providers of security at the event as well as the officials at the pilgrimage sites of Naja al-Ashraf and Karbala.
