There is little to no punishment for sexual assault [in the West], but [wearing] the hijab has penalties. Some scoundrel, some hooligan, harasses a woman wearing the hijab, he is taken to court and stabs and kills the woman there and that is perfectly fine [for them]! Now, they might give that scoundrel some time in prison for a while, but this attack against the hijab does not get condemned as an atrocious act. Why?
