Dr. Ahmadian and Mr. Shamkhani appointed to be Leader’s representatives in Iran’s Defense Council

Imam Khamenei has appointed Dr. Ali Akbar Ahmadian and Mr. Ali Shamkhani in a decree to be his representatives in the Defense Council.

The full text of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution’s decree is as follows:

In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful

In view of the ratification and formation of the Defense Council, I hereby appoint Dr. Ali Akbar Ahmadian and Mr. Ali Shamkhani to be my representatives in this Council. I pray to Almighty God for the success of both appointees and the other members of this Council.
