Not only is it not prohibited for women to have dignified jobs, such jobs are also recommended

Women are permitted to work in Islam. Not only are they allowed to work, but perhaps it is even necessary for them as long as it does not interfere with a woman’s most fundamental, important job, that is, parenting children and protecting her family. Every country needs women in various fields of the workforce. However, this work should not conflict with a woman’s dignity and spiritual and human values. Women should not be degraded in the workplace, nor should they be forced to be meek and submissive.
