Important duties are assigned to the judiciary in the constitution. One of them is the restoration of people’s rights. One of people’s rights is for the society to have mental security. If a number of people are sitting around using either the social media or other means to constantly irritate people, disturb people's mental security, frighten people, and things like that, then this is against what is needed for the restoration of people’s rights, and the judiciary must get involved.
