- To pay serious attention to the fundamental responsibilities of the Judiciary as specified in the Constitution. These responsibilities include: administering justice, restoring people’s rights, safeguarding legal liberties, supervising the execution of the law, preventing crimes and combating corruption in a decisive manner.
- To continue the transformational approach in the Judiciary Branch and to execute the existing plan for transformation in a diligent manner.
- To increase the use of current technologies in the Judiciary and to ensure the people’s easy, free access to judicial services.
- To entrust responsibilities to competent, industrious, pious, virtuous individuals and to train worthy managers for high and middle level positions in the Judiciary and Administration.
- To honor the services rendered by pious judges and to protect their dignity and status. At the same time, to deal decisively with the small number of people who commit wrongdoings in the Judiciary Branch.
- To be in contact with the people and to be present among them, as this brings many blessings.
