These achievements have been accomplished by our establishment. The more the number of these achievements becomes, the more proud the Iranian nation and the Islamic Republic will feel.

    Salam I believe the 2nd point needs to be edited. It states that in 1979 there were 81 deaths per 1000, and that it went "down" to 13.4 deaths per 1000 in 2015. That's an increase. Perhaps the numbers have accidentally been swapped.
