In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
I regretfully express my heartfelt condolence over the demise of dedicated and magnanimous clergyman Ayatollah Hajji Sayyid Mahdi Yasrebi to the senior Ulema and Islamic seminaries and the faithful and honorable residents of Kashan and especially to his esteemed family and progeny and honorable children.
He was a pious and devoted clergyman who rendered great and valuable services and was the source of many blessings since many years ago, especially at the time of the Islamic Revolution and in the Sacred Defense era and also in the following years.
Ayatollah Yasrebi was a kind-hearted father, a sympathetic counselor and a well-informed mentor for the people and Islamic seminaries and theological schools.
I pray to Almighty Allah to bestow mercy and remission on his soul and associate him with his immaculate forefathers.
Sayyid Ali Khamenei
