I express my heartfelt condolence over the regrettable loss of my dear old friend Hojjatoleslam-val-Muslemin Hajji Sheikh Mohammad-Hossein Bahjati (Shafaq) to his honorable family and friends and associates.
He was a pious clergyman, an erudite man of letters, a famed poet and an upright individual. His loss is painful and regrettable for those who were familiar with his noble character and moral virtues.
I pray to Almighty Allah to raise his status in the hereafter and bestow patience and fortitude on his esteemed family and progeny.
