American Human Rights: The Waco Massacre
The Waco massacre and the act of burning the followers of the Davidian sect – a manifestation of American human rights! – received Ayatollah Khamenei’s attention as he stated in his Friday prayer sermons delivered on June 19, 2009: “In the US – one is shocked at hearing this – during the time of a Democratic government, they burned alive around 80 followers of the Davoodi sect. This cannot be denied in any way. It was their excellencies – the Democrats – who did this. The Davoodi sect – they refer to them as the Davidians – provoked the US government’s rage for some reason. They took refuge inside a house. They tried to force them out, but they did not get out. So, they burned the house, thus burning alive 80 men, women and children. Do you Americans understand what human rights mean?” The present Op-Ed tries to study the Waco massacre, committed by the US government, from a human rights point of and therefore, it does not intend to study or approve the Davidian tenets and principles from a religious point of view.

Disinformation Politics against Iran
The word "distortion" means turning words around and changing their meanings from their original places. The opposite of "distortion" is "correction." One of the most important methods the party of falsehood has always used against the party of truth has been the use of the tool and technique of "distortion." Today, the development of the technology used by the media has caused the role of this “current of distortions” to become even bolder. In order to explain this phenomenon in relation to the Islamic Republic of Iran, this Op-Ed has described this method and its relation to the Islamic Republic of Iran here in Khamenei.ir.

Nationwide arming of Palestinians, the definitive solution to the liberation of Palestine
More than 70 years have passed since the occupation of Palestinian lands. During these years, many efforts have been made on different fronts, particularly on the political front, to take back Palestine from the clutches of the occupiers. However, every effort has failed to restore the occupied territories for one reason or another. Although the Zionists have continuously tried to annex the Gaza Strip and the West Bank to the occupied lands and many incursions have been carried out against these territories, what has obviously prevented the success of all these incursions is a process that started with the Intifada and the military confrontation using rocks and bottle bombs, and today it has led to a confrontation with rockets and even missiles. In this Op-Ed, the author investigates the role of the armed resistance in the fight against the usurping Zionist regime.

Which final solution?
More than two decades ago, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution put forth a logical solution to the issue of Palestine, one that is based on international law, “Conduct a referendum among all the original people of Palestine, including Muslims, Christians and Jews, to decide the political system of Palestine.” This solution has been repeated so many times in his speeches in recent years and in the statements of other officials of the Islamic Republic that it has come to be known as “the official initiative of the Islamic Republic for resolving the issue of Palestine.”

The Coronavirus: The response of Western families vs. Muslim families
The word “Covidivorces,” which refers to divorces resulting from Covid-19, is a new term that has recently been added to dictionaries.[i] Covidivorces is defined to be a kind of divorce that comes about in today’s world due to issues arising from the coronavirus. Based on a Euronews report, the first instance of this kind of divorce was registered between a couple in New York this year on the 27th of March. Later on, China and France expressed concern about this being a crisis. A few weeks later, the French government announced that in the wake of the orders to stay at home, domestic violence had increased by 32 percent. The government assigned specific hotels to host the victims of this kind of violence. Eventually, after this crisis had spread throughout the world, the U.N. Secretary General called for support for women and children during the quarantine.[ii] The Economist reported about America that although other crimes have decreased these days, domestic violence has increased significantly.[iii] These reports are small examples of the thousands of reports, statements and expressions of concern in this regard, which circulate in news sites and official news networks, and they strengthen the idea that the coronavirus has challenged the foundation of the family institution. In this Op-Ed, the author investigates the reasons behind this crisis:

How to stop the Zionist regime from occupying the West Bank
After the announcement that the city of Bayt al-Muqaddas (Jerusalem) is the capital of the occupying Zionist regime and the subsequent relocation of the U.S. embassy to this Palestinian city did not draw a decisive response from the global community and the world of Islam, in the second step, the Zionist regime attempted to put a veneer of legitimacy on the occupation of the Golan Heights by way of U.S. recognition of this occupation. Now, in the latest step, it has tried to legalize the annexation of the West Bank by making it a law in the Knesset. The chain of actions aimed at occupation by the Zionist regime is moving in a direction that further proves to the world the regime’s lack of respect for international commitments. Having started with this introduction in this Op-Ed, there is first a review of the various dimensions of the plan to annex the West Bank to the bogus country of Israel, and next the consequences of this plan for the Palestinians and the region at large have been described. At the end, this article discusses the solution to this problem.
