The Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Imam Khamenei, issued a message of condolence on the demise of the sincere, religious poet, Mr. Sayyid Reza Muayyid. The text of the Leader’s message of condolence is as follows.

In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful

On the demise of the sincere, religious poet, Mr. Sayyid Reza Muayyid (may God’s mercy be on him), I offer my condolences to his honorable children and family, and also to the literary community of Khorasan. The fluent, agreeable poetry of this faithful artist, which was mostly written in the service of religious teachings and values, is a precious remainder from him in this world and a valuable reserve for him in the Hereafter, God willing. May God raise him with the martyrs for whom he always endeavored to enrich with his poems the commemoration ceremonies held for them.
