Honorable Students,
Now that you are holding your 42nd annual conference, I would like to express my pleasure over such gatherings which, it is hoped, will give rise to many blessings and boost friendship and harmony and prepare the ground for the taking of prudent measures and valuable decisions.
My Dear Children,
Under the present circumstances in which mankind, disenchanted with different schools and machinations, is seeking to find a secure path to spirituality and justice and rationality, the dignified Iranian nation, especially its young student generation, is conquering the summits of scientific knowledge one after another with vigor and vitality, and the intrigues and machinations of the enemies, including scientific apartheid that is pursued by the world's domineering powers, have by the favor of Allah only reinforced the Iranian nation's firmness of purpose and determination.
I hope that you the erudite youngsters that have embarked on this scientific migration and are undergoing the hardship of being away from your homeland in order to attain scientific knowledge and expertise will be successful in obtaining scientific knowledge and achieving self-amelioration and building your society by adhering to the pure springhead of the Holy Qur'an and acting upon the life-imbuing teachings of the Holy Prophet of Islam (peace be upon him and his household) and the infallible Imams (greetings be upon them).
I pray to Almighty Allah for the increased success of you, my intellectual and faithful children, and for the honor and dignity of the Islamic ummah.
