I express my condolences on the demise of the diligent scholar Hujjat al-Islam Haj Sheikh Mohsen Mojtahed Shabestari to his respectable family, honorable children and his devotees in Tehran and Azarbayjan. This respectable scholar was among the most successful clergymen in social services and guiding the public, and also in the management of seminaries in Tehran and Tabriz. His efforts and hard work over a long period as the Friday Prayer Leader of Tabriz are unforgettable. The lasting effect of his great efforts in the Tehran seminary and other areas will surely bring God’s mercy upon him, God willing. I ask God, the Almighty, for His forgiveness for this respectable scholar and also to grant him a high position.
