Imam Khamenei's message of condolences on the demise of Hujjat al-Islam Zia Abadi

The Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Imam Sayyid Ali Khamenei, issued a message of condolences on the demise of the great Islamic jurisprudent, Hujjat al-Islam Zia Abadi. Imam Khamenei's message is as follows:

In the Name of God, the Beneficent, the Merciful

I extend my condolences to the honorable family, students, and sincere followers of Hujjat al-Islam Zia Abadi (may God be pleased with him). The eloquent language, effective expression, enlightened mind, and attentive, humble heart of this magnanimous jurisprudent was a valuable source of religious and moral knowledge for the hearing ears and fit hearts. He was a means of guidance and a grace for the many who listened to his lessons and sermons. I pray and ask Almighty God to raise his position in the Hereafter and bestow His forgiveness and bountiful mercy on him.
