In the name of God, the Beneficient, the MercifulThe sad and sorrowful event at the 'Rahpouyan-e Vesal' centre which led to the martyrdom-like demise of a group of people spiritually devoted to God as well as some other casualties rendered me stricken with grief. I should offer relief to those who suffered losses and were bereaved due to this sad event by assuring them of God's reward to the long-suffering. "God the exalted will bestow His mercy and blessings upon them."
I pray to Allah the Exalted to provide the grief-stricken hearts with serenity and fortitude, and bestow his mercy and benevolence on our dear ones who died in the incident. I also pray to Allah the Exalted to aid the immediate recovery of those who were wounded in the accident. I should also demand the authorities to carry out their responsibilities in regard to the incident with the required precision and pace.
