One of the issues which I would like to stress is that our pious youth and the youth who believe in this path and who are working in a motivated way should be steadfast. We have seen many individuals who used to tread on the straight path one day, but who changed dramatically once their eyes fell on money, position and the like. You should exert your influence as much as you can, within the scope of your duties. You should do something to help youth remain steadfast on the straight path.
If they remain steadfast and move forward in this fashion, then everyone will find their place and everyone will find the path where they can be valuable. In such circumstances, there is no need for me to tell you on which areas and matters you should work. When they remain steadfast in the way of God, they will figure out what to do. This is my definite word of advice.
