At the suggestion of the Commander-in-Chief of the IRGC, and considering your qualifications and valuable experiences, I hereby appoint you as the second-in-command of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
The following are thus expected to be fulfilled: playing a jihadi and revolutionary role in enhancing the level of operational preparations; and sovereign advancement of the IRGC’s missions upon the approval of the Commander-in-Chief of the IRGC.

Upon the recommendation of the Commander-in-Chief of the IRGC, considering your valuable experiences in the IRGC, the Mobilized Resistance Forces [Basij], and your qualifications, I hereby appoint you as the Deputy Coordinator of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
The following are thus expected to be fulfilled: promotion of IRGC’s expertise and productivity potentials, using the capabilities of the elite and jihadists in the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and the Mobilized Resistance Forces (Basij) in order to advance and achieve comprehensive preparations for safeguarding the Islamic Revolution and preserving its achievements in a constructive and synergic cooperation with the main headquarters and other sectors of the Armed Forces, while considering the strategies commanded by the Commander-in-Chief of the IRGC.
