One of the divine blessings during the era of the Islamic Republic has been the opportunity to compile an encyclopedia of Islamic Fiqh [jurisprudence] based on the Ahlulbait’s (a.s.) denomination, which represents a true source of honor, lasting and guiding.
The main role in this great achievement was played by late Ayatollah Hashemi Shahroudi (Allah’s mercy be upon him). With the cooperation of a group of eminent scholars, he successfully built the major part of this distinguished phenomenon. Now after the passing of this prominent scholar, it is needed that you undertake his responsibility for continuing his great work.
After thorough examination, investigations, and counseling, I have chosen you to carry out this substantial task; for you own many qualifications and high scientific status, and you have been working on that notable work for many years. I hereby entrust you with the management of the foundation that is missioned with this work. I hope that with your vigorous efforts the work will continue with meritorious quality and speed.
I ask Allah the Great to bestow prosperity on you and the other performers.
