Before the Revolution, the official, public and constant propaganda in our country was the propaganda that led the people to debauchery, degeneracy and dissipation. Even in poor and undeveloped regions—where the people did not have enough to eat—some sort of facilities for dissipation were offered. In places with a majority of young individuals, including universities and military bases, such provisions would be abundant, in extreme—beyond what would suffice to fulfill the sexual desires naturally developed in the youth—in order to amuse and corrupt the young generation. When the youth of a generation is corrupted, there would no longer be a nation that would resist.
