Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Khamenei, on Thursday, September 16, attended the closing ceremony of the 21st International Qur'anic Competitions.
Speaking at the ceremony, the Leader said that understanding Qur'anic concepts and acting upon the teachings of this divine book would bring about the dignity and progress of the Muslim Ummah.
Ayatollah Khamenei further referred to the economic, political, cultural, military and propaganda war that has been waged by global arrogance against the Muslim Ummah.
