Ayatollah Khamenei described strengthening the revolutionary spirit as the cultural officials and authorities’ most important duty. He addressed them by saying: "You should spend all your efforts on religious and revolutionary upbringing of the youth: and, you should know that morals and ethics are developed, consolidated along with strengthening the revolutionary and religious spirit; as well as voluntary activism and the desire to struggle for the sake of God."
Finally, the Leader of the Revolution stressed: "The officials should strengthen the great revolutionary momentum that, fortunately, flows among the youth: they should not act in a way that would lead to the weakening of the revolutionary current and the strengthening of the opposing current in cultural, academic, and religious promotion environments."
