Asking God to bestow His mercy and paradise on the late blessed Hujjatul wal Muslimeen Tabasi (may God raise his position) who undertook the responsibility of representing the late Hazrat-e-Imam (may God bestow paradise on him) and this humble person for many years, I appoint Your Eminence – who are the successful Friday prayer leader of Mashhad and one who has emerged victorious out of different tests in times of difficulty – as my representative in that province which is blessed with the name of Hazrat Abi al-Hassan al-Ridha (thousands of greetings and praise be upon him).
It is expected that the people’s unity pivoted around the values of Islam and the Revolution, a friendly relationship with the youth and a close relationship with officials and people from different social backgrounds will receive attention in a continuous manner.
I ask Allah the Exalted to bestow success on you.
