First, I would like to pay homage to the late Friday prayer leader of Kashan Ayatollah Yasrebi, who was a dedicated and selfless clergyman, and I pray for divine mercy and remission on his soul.
Next, considering your remarkable knowledge and pious deeds, and given that you have been entrusted with momentous duties and significant responsibilities under the holy system of the Islamic Republic for many years, I hereby appoint you as new Friday prayer leader of Kashan and my representative for the religious affairs of Kashan's faithful and honorable residents.
Kashan's residents, whose luminaries have always shone in the sky of Islamic and Iranian culture and sciences, have a glorious record of scientific achievements. In addition to this, the faithful and noble and intelligent residents of Kashan have also displayed their adherence and loyalty to Islamic and revolutionary values at various stages, especially at the time of the Islamic Revolution and during the Sacred Defense era.
This is certainly what encourages an erudite personality like you, who have long been involved in scientific activities and instruction at the Islamic seminary of the holy city of Qom, to move to and settle in Kashan among the honorable residents of that city.
I pray to Almighty Allah for your increased success in performing your responsibilities.
