We must vigilantly fight the seven-headed dragon of corruption

Just as we fight the causes of our physical illnesses and avoid viruses, we must similarly protect the health of our country from corruption. Corruption is extremely damaging... Corruption is a seven-headed dragon that cannot be easily eliminated. So vigilance must be continuous.
