I offer my condolences to the honorable family and all the friends, admirers, and students of the great scholar Ayatollah Haj Sheikh Abbas Mahfouzi (ra) upon his passing. This distinguished scholar was a longtime student and companion of the late Imam Khomeini (may God be pleased with him). He remained steadfastly loyal to that noble figure throughout his blessed lifetime. I pray for God's mercy for him and for the elevation of his rank.
