During the meeting, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution congratulated Dr. Pezeshkian on his success in winning the majority vote and expressed satisfaction with the increasing participation of the people in the second round of elections. Imam Khamenei expressed hope that Dr. Pezeshkian would take steps towards progress and prosperity using the capacities of the people and other abundant capacities in the country.
Imam Khamenei also prayed for the elected president’s success and provided him with some recommendations.
