The Leader of the Islamic Revolution started his visit to Kurdistan province today. Kurdistan is located in the west of Iran and is mainly populated by Kurdish and Sunni minorities. The people of Sanandaj, the capital city of Kurdistan, welcomed the Leader enthusiastically.
