The Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Khamenei met today with a group of political prisoners who were formerly held in prison by despotic regimes. In this meeting, Ayatollah Khamenei referred to the bitter and difficult time they served in prison and said: "With your patience and jihad, you promoted the great global movement of Islamic vigilance. And every single moment of your resistance will be rewarded by God."
Comparing the current status of the Zionist and US regimes to the past twenty years, Ayatollah Khamenei further added: "The domineering powers who considered themselves to be at the height of their powers now feel weak. And by continuing these efforts, the signs of victory and God's power will become even more obvious."
The Leader of the Islamic Revolution also reiterated that those who follow the path of God and His prophets will never face failure and said: "Thanks to their patience and resistance, God Almighty bestowed victory on Palestinian and Lebanese mujahideen in southern Lebanon and Gaza. Hopefully, the other mujahideen will achieve victory as well."
