We said that the world is on the verge of a transformation. What is this transformation? What is happening in the world that we interpret this to be a transformation? There are several main components. First of all, the world’s Arrogant Powers are becoming weak. The US as an Arrogant Power has become weak and is continuously becoming weaker. The same thing is happening to some European countries. Another component of this transformation is the emergence of new regional and global powers.
