Ayatollah Khamenei attended first night of Muharram mourning ceremonies

The Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Khamenei, attended the first night of mourning ceremonies for the Master of Martyrs, Imam Hussain (pbuh) and his faithful companions, on July 24, 2023, which was held in the Hussainiyah of Imam Khomeini. These ceremonies will be held for six consecutive nights from the night of the seventh to the twelfth of the month of Muharram (Monday, July 24 through Saturday, July 29, 2023).
