The first consideration: Those whom You have blessed

First [consider the verse,] “Those whom You have blessed” (Quran 1:7). [This refers to] those whom God has bestowed His favor upon.(March 6, 2000) in the words of the Quran, many people have been blessed by God, “They are with those whom Allah has blessed, including the prophets and the truthful, the martyrs and the righteous” (4:69).(March 5, 1998) They found the Straight Path, they did not go astray, and they did not bring God's wrath upon themselves. (March 6, 2000) Those upon whom God has bestowed His blessings, He is not angry with them, and those whose pure souls and firm steps have not wavered toward misguidance in the slightest way are those who see the Prophet’s Household and the Imams (pbut) as their role models.(Sept. 19, 2000) This is the path that must be followed. Now since the majority of the people in the world speak and behave differently from this, we must use our own intellect, religion, and the divine guidance as the criteria for rejecting or accepting something. A faithful Muslim community is a community and nation that looks to the Quran and divine guidance to determine its standards. These become the standards for them.(July 10, 2013)
