Medical sciences should develop so much that it will be able to offer help to any and all patients. The quantitative development and the scientific progress in the realm of medicine cannot be separated from the coverage and accessibility of medical services. Therefore, the government’s planning in this arena should be in a way that every one of the people—poor or wealthy—will have access to medics and sources of treatment. To achieve this goal, it is necessary and fundamental to increase medical services, make them affordable for everyone and make effective and essential medicines and treatments accessible for all the people. The administration is responsible to work in this regard because the government belongs to the people and the people should be the top priority for it.
The officials in charge of medical and medicinal services of the country must assure that across the nation no individual will be afflicted with pain and sorrow because of lack of access to physicians or medicines. Medical treatments should be available to all the people and this is a task that should be realized by the administration and the Ministry of Health and Medical Education.
