The text of the Commander-in-Chief's decree is as follows:
In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful
To Major General Ali Shadmani, In view of the glorious, honorable martyrdom of Lieutenant General Gholamali Rashid at the hands of the evil Zionist regime, and in light of Major General Ali Shadmani's merits and valuable experience, I hereby confer the rank of Major General on you and appoint you to command the Khatam al-Anbiya (pbuh) Central Headquarters.
You’re expected to provide strategic, operational planning and guidance in confronting threats and accurately identifying the combat readiness of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Armed Forces through a synergistic approach in cooperation with the General Staff of the Armed Forces.
On the occasion of the eve of the blessed Eid al-Ghadir Khumm, I ask the Beneficent God to grant the devoted, sincere martyrs the highest ranks and positions, and to place them alongside those closest to God, especially the Master of the Monotheists, the Commander of the Faithful, Imam Ali (pbuh). I ask Almighty God to grant continued success to everyone.
