Since 1979, Iran has championed the cause of Palestinian self-determination

After the Palestinian resistance, it was the Islamic Republic of Iran, which drove this slow but steady tide against the racist state. Lebanese Sunni scholar, Sheikh Ahmed al-Zein, pointed out that it was Iran’s leader Imam Khomeini who ‘moved the focus onto Palestine, not out of hatred of Judaism but to safeguard human dignity, to safeguard justice, and in rejection of aggression, racism and extremism’. Since 1979, the Islamic Republic consistently elevated and championed the cause of Palestinian self-determination.

When it comes to power and profits, any promises U.S. makes are worthless

The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) overthrew the government of Mohammad Mosaddeg, despite U.S. assurances of assistance to him. He instituted democratic reforms, cutting the power of the brutal, U.S.-supported Shah. Additionally, Iran is an oil-rich nation, and that natural resource was coveted by the United Kingdom and the U.S. When it comes to power and profits, the U.S. has no regard for human life, human rights or self-determination. And any promises it makes are worthless. If Dr. Mosaddeg stood in the way of unfettered access to Iranian oil at whatever price the U.S. wanted to pay, then his government had to be eliminated. In 1953, he was overthrown by the U.S. government.

Can the Dollar be excluded from Bilateral Trade?

BPA is a type of arrangement between two financial institutions, at least, among two counties (mainly central banks), which can also be used for payments linked to bilateral trade without involving a third country’s currency. Based on such arrangements, the two financial institutions establish a virtual account, called Especial Account, for each other. Especial Account is a key factor in riskless usage of national currencies.

Ayatollah Khamenei’s call for caution for world should be taken seriously: U.S. isn't reliable

The Supreme Leader clearly refers to the non-trustworthiness of the US of A and her vassal allies, i.e. the European Union and her member countries, foremost, Germany, France and the UK. And he is of course right. Western ‘partners’ are almost unilaterally not reliable. Hence, Ayatollah Khamenei’s call for caution, not just for Iran, but for the rest of the world, should be taken seriously.

Amongst the methods used by the enemies , is to keep the Muslims bickering and infighting ; as long as the scholars are not working to prevent this infighting, fertile ground for extremism to flourish is being created. This is amongst the reasons that Imam Khamenei has said categorically, that such infighting is against Islamic principles.

Iranians had every right to storm US embassy in 1979: American activist

Americans were shocked and outraged, but it would have come as no surprise to those who remembered or took part in the coup that overthrew Mossadiq. It was hatched in that very same embassy. We did not tremble remembering our 1953 betrayal of democratic Iran in order to create a client regime whose purpose would be to further perceived US national security interests - because this “crisis” was recorded in a vacuum; one with no context or history.

The truth is that President Barack Obama was just as hostile to Iran as is Trump. But Obama agreed to the nuclear deal because he knew that the United States had reached a crossroads in its dealings with the Islamic Republic. Trump is motivated by the same hostility to the Islamic Republic as is the entire U.S. ruling class, as represented by both the Republican and Democratic parties.

Peaceful, tolerant and socially oriented Islam was seen as a tremendous threat, at least in London, Washington, and Paris. It had to be stopped, even destroyed - resolutely and by all available means. Only the pre-approved Wahhabism, which was collaborative with the West and from the onset at least partially ‘co-produced’ by the British Empire, was singled-out and allowed to ‘bloom and succeed’.
