In the Name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
Brigadier General Mohammad-Reza Zahedi,
In view of the martyrdom of honorable commander Major General Ahmad Kazemi, and considering your recommendation by chief commander of the IRGC and your bright record of military service in the Sacred Defense era and the following years, I hereby appoint you Commander of the Ground Force of Islamic Revolution Guards Corps.
You are expected to raise the level of the force's combat preparedness by building on the positive measures already taken, especially during the short-lived command of martyred General Kazemi.
I pray to Almighty Allah for your increased success in performing your responsibilities.
