The officials should appreciate these people and serve them. Of course, much work has been done in Sistan and Baluchestan. The Baluchestan you see today is not the Baluchestan of the Pahlavi tyrant regime. I saw the condition it was in back then. The people had nothing. Work began in this region from the very first days [after the Revolution]. Work was done there, in Zabol, and in other regions of the province. Work is being done there today as well. This work should continue vigorously.
