The Muharram mourning ceremonies will be held without the presence of the public due to the observance of health protocols.
On the occasion of the arrival of mourning days for the Master of Martyrs, Imam Hussain (pbuh), mourning ceremonies will be held in Imam Khomeini Hussainiyyah in the presence of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution.
This year too, due to the spread of the disease and the Leader’s insistence on following the protocols set by the National Anti-Corona Headquarters, the ceremony will be held without the presence of the people. There will only be a speaker and a panegyrist. The ceremony will be held for six nights from the seventh night to the twelfth night of Muharram (from Sunday, August 15 to Friday, August 20).
