Sometimes for example, a poor man would be sitting on the ground eating barley bread. When the Prophet (pbuh) was passing by, the poor man would offer some bread to him. the Prophet would sit next to him and eat with him. He did not say that this is beneath my dignity or this is not appropriate for me.
