The problem of the banking system needs to be seriously addressed. This is what everyone says. In the banking system, and liquidity problems that exist in our country today, if we could [I will explain later how] lead this liquidity towards useful and constructive work, we would advance the country; hence, liquidity would turn into a great blessing. However, right now it is a big calamity; it is extremely perilous. The liquidity ratio is extraordinarily high; it stands at a very high rate, and keeps growing at a high speed. 1,500,000 billion is mindboggling. I believe the issue of banks, particularly focused on the problem of liquidity requires a wise, painstaking, persevering, risk-taking, and bold taskforce: the government should form a taskforce; a powerful, active taskforce should be appointed work day and night in order to figure out how to resolve the issues surrounding the banking system and liquidity ratio. Striking sections should be appointed to attract liquidity—I have been given a list already.
We must not allow the liquidity to run into foreign currencies, gold, real estate and other goods; as naturally any area targeted by liquidity will be devastated. There will be no use in a taskforce that organizes meetings only once in a week. An intensive 24-hour taskforce of active individuals is needed so that they can work effectively and come to a clear action plan within a couple of months and hand it to the president. The implementation of the action plan must be ordered and the task must start immediately. This is essential.
