Ayatollah Khamenei described the great Arbaeen Walk as being symbolic of the spiritual manifestation of resistance, an endeavor for the sake of God, and the world of Islam's readiness or willingness towards martyrdom, adding: The presence of such a large population from all across the world, despite terrorists threats, is a great phenomenon indicative of promoting the notion of endeavor for the sake of God and public readiness on this path.
The Leader of the Revolution dubbed the divine and spiritual phenomenon of the Arbaeen pilgrimage as unprecedented and indescribable, thanking the organizers by stating: We offer our heartiest gratitude to the government of Iraq who prepared the facilities for this magnificent movement, the beloved Iraqi nation who hosted and welcomed the pilgrims of Aba Abdillah Al-Hussain (as) with such sincerity and willingness, the Iraqi youth, the Hashd al-Sha'bi (People's Forces), and the providers of security at the event as well as the officials at the pilgrimage sites of Naja al-Ashraf and Karbala. We ask God to grant them with His divine blessings.
