The Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Khamenei visited the 19th Tehran International Book Fair on Thursday, May 11.
The Leader, who was accompanied by the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Hossein Saffar-Harandi, visited the pavilions of various publishers for nearly three hours and inspected their new publications.
Ayatollah Khamenei further talked to a number of publishers and was informed of the titles and subjects of the newly published books and also the extent to which the visitors have expressed interest in the books on display at the book fair.
