The office of the Leader of Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, in a letter to the economy minister asked the minister to prepare the grounds for a single tax system for the foundations of the Islamic Revolution and other government bodies.
Addressing the Economy Minister Tahmasb Mazaheri the letter said, until the grounds are prepared for such a system, the ministry and its tax offices are advised to deal with the foundations of the Islamic Revolution according to the Leader's decree no. 1/33352 dated June 13, 1997.
It is hoped that the grounds are prepared in the near future so that the tax systems are unified for the next fiscal year so that the concerns of the Leader are removed in this regard, the letter read.
