As time passes by and the newly established and energetic system of the Islamic Republic obtains greater experience, the truth of the divine promises and the inviolability of the Qur'anic ordinances become even more evident.
In the extremely intricate and intertwined network of relations among human beings and communities and phenomena and events, the most prominent and effective role is played by religious faith, firmness of purpose and perseverance. Wherever in the world these three motive forces have come together to attain an ideal and objective, that goal has been accomplished and the path to the intended destination has been successfully trodden.
A human community that considers justice, spirituality, dignity and self-reliance to be high on its agenda has no alternative but to boost its religious faith and firmness of purpose and increase its striving and perseverance. This is the same eternal lesson taught by Islam to its followers and to the entire humanity. This lesson once helped Muslims attain the summit of historic glories, and today it will save them from the bondage of humiliating desires and from the servitude of some self-indulgers that have ascended the throne of rulership.
Your pure and hopeful hearts, your clear and untainted minds and your healthy and strong bodies have the optimum capacity for those three pivotal elements. Do not allow unbelief, doubt and inaction to fill this precious container, and do not allow the enemies of justice - who are blind to spirituality - and those who have chained the nations and the global usurpers of the rights of human beings to win in the evil war that they have staged with the intention of preserving their undeserved wealth and power.
Trust the divine promises, whose fulfillment you are presently witnessing at the time of the awakening of nations, and highly value your capabilities in various fields of science and technology. The future is yours, and "Allah's is the command, both before and after (the Holy Qur'an 30: 4)."
