During this meeting, Imam Khamenei referred to the prominant status of these martyrs, saying, "All martyrs have a high status and enjoy divine blessings in God’s presence. But the martyrdom of these dear individuals who were defending our country and nation in direct confrontation with the Zionist regime – the most malevolent enemy of Islam – is a martyrdom of great significance and prominence."
The Leader of the Islamic Revolution also prayed for the patience and solace of the families of these martyrs, emphasizing that the reward given the families of martyrs is no less than that given the martyrs themselves.
Martyrs Hamzeh Jahandideh, Mohammad Mahdi Shahrokhifar, Mahdi Naqavi, and Sajjad Mansouri were officers of the Army’s Air Defense Force who, on Saturday morning, October 26, 2024, in the course of defending Iran's security borders, were martyred while confronting the missile attacks of the criminal Zionist regime.
