The way a mother raises and teaches her children is different from how they’re taught at schools. She raises and teaches them with her behavior, words and feelings. She teaches them by stroking, by singing lullabies and by living with them. The more righteous and the more intelligent women are, the better children will be raised and taught.
Husbands, children, fathers and brothers should behave in a respectful way towards women. If women are regarded as respectable in the family environment, an important part of problems in our society will be solved. We should raise children in a way that they would plant a kiss on their mother’s hand: Islam calls for this behavior: this can be observed more frequently among religious or ethical families that are more familiar with religious concepts.
