The 86th Flotilla’s great accomplishment is an honor that has been accomplished for the first time in our maritime history. Now, putting aside the disastrous years of the Pahlavi and Qajar rule, we did have seafaring before and it wasn’t bad. But what we had before was far less than what you accomplished. In the world’s most renowned naval forces, there are few people who have accomplished this or are able to accomplish it. But you accomplished this.
