In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
I am very grateful to the brothers from Hamedan who have thankfully undertaken this task with their lofty determination.
I believe I once met the late Mr. Ta’alohi in Hamedan. I did not know him up close, but I met him in one of my trips to Hamedan during the Sacred Defense Era. Nonetheless, I knew that hezbollahi and revolutionary youth, who were interested in fighting in the frontlines, knew him up close. It was really amazing: a man aged 70 years or even older at that time, surrounded by those enthusiastic youth that were lovers of the battlefields. And they used to become satisfied. Notice that this is an important point. Good clergy and a good religious scholar shines brightly like the sun. When others approach him, they naturally benefit from his light.
The late Mr. Ta’alohi was like that. The same is true of the late Mr. Najafi. He too was truly enlightening. He would cast light on his surroundings as well.
I hope that Allah the Exalted will continue showering these blessings. It was good of you to organize this congress. You should provide the people with his statements and if you can with his voice, for example of the meetings that he used to participate in. You should also provide the people with his words of advice and with his moral lessons. In my opinion, this will be very beneficial to those who will have access to them.
Commemorating these great personalities is in fact commemorating religion, morality, mysticism, spirituality and the truth. If you commemorate them, you have actually commemorated those divine teachings, which are necessary for our country. Today, the enthusiastic youth who are interested in cultural matters are thankfully many throughout the country, they exist in large numbers. They should be benefitted from, primarily by displaying these spiritual provisions and secondly by promoting Islamic teachings and training youth and teenagers on this straight path.
I hope that God will bestow success on you and that He will raise their positions. I hope that Allah the Exalted will associate the great martyrs of this region with the great personalities of religion, with religious saints, with the martyrs of the early Islamic era and with the martyrs of Karbala. I hope that He will help us join them as well.
