At the suggestion of the Chief Commander of the IRGC, considering your commitment, qualifications and valuable experiences, I hereby appoint you as the Admiral of the Navy of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
The following are thus expected to be fulfilled: employment of religious and revolutionary personnel; promotion of trainings, skills, and navy-related facilities and equipment; development of a command of information; accelerated growth of military capabilities and preparations; improvements in spirituality and insight; attending to the [public] livelihood needs by means of adopting an approach inclusive of building a dynamic, progressive navy aligned with the Islamic Revolution, while maintaining effective and productive bonds with the greater family of the IRGC, the Mobilized Resistance Forces, and related military and civil departments on the naval affairs.
I express my gratitude and appreciation for the efforts and sincere services made by Admiral Ali Fadavi, during the time he was in charge of the duty.

At the suggestion of the Islamic Republic of Iran's Army Commander, considering your commitment, qualifications and valuable experiences, I hereby appoint you as the Deputy Coordinator of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
The following are thus expected to be fulfilled: improvement of technical capacity and the efficiency of the IRGC headquarters by means of the outstanding intellectual capabilities and potentials available at the IRGC in order to achieve all-inclusive development and preparation in the direction of safeguarding the Islamic Revolution; protecting the accomplishments of the Islamic Revolution [and the IRGC]—while productively and collaboratively interacting with the main headquarters as well as other divisions of the Armed Forces—and taking into account the strategies set by the Chief Commander of the IRGC.
I express my gratitude and appreciation for the efforts and services Brigadier General, Jamal-iddin Aberoumand, made while serving in duty.
