The truth can never be suppressed

It is possible to oppress a people, ... but the truth can never be suppressed. A flourishing generation can never, at any cost, be dissuaded from the path it has discovered and embraced.
~Ayatollah Khamenei, 25/10/2000

There was an effort by the enemies of Islam to suppress this Awakening - and they managed to suppress it in some areas - but Islamic Awakening is not suppressible. The flag of Islam has been raised and hoisted and the feeling of Islamic identity has been strengthened in Muslims all over the world and it will continue to be strengthened.
~Ayatollah Khamenei, 27/05/2014

God's greeting upon the great Prophet Mohammad & all martyrs who sacrificed their life. This holy path of martyrdom, know as Imam Hossein (PBUH), will steadfastly proceed to establish an absolute justice/freedom throughout the World. God bless/rest their soul.

As-Salaamu Alaikum, What makes this tragedy so painful is the impotency and lack of concern from the broader Muslim community especially here in America. The Muslim masaajid, centers, and organizations routinely play dirty-politics when it comes to issues like this i.e. killing of innocent people; jailing of their leader; and failure to hold those who commit the crime responsible. Rather than stand firm for justice, too many of the "leaders" retreat and run from their responsibility because, they don't want to damage their cozy relationships with corrupt governments, rotten officials, and private-sector affiliates who provide them with money and other worthless gifts. What we need today is a new brand of independent leadership that has the capacity and vision to move our community forward, not backwards. If we wait on the "leaders" we have among us today to face issues faithfully, honestly, openly, and courageously, we'll be waiting a long time based on their record to date.
